CHILDRENS FANCY DRESS BALL 1923  NEW

The Children's Fancy Dress Ball held on 23rd September 1923, was an unqualified success. The organisers, Mrs. Macpherson and Miss Montgomery, have cause to be pleased with the results of their efforts, and the patronage accorded by the public.
Many parents and spectators attended, and the great variety of the children's fancy dresses, under the bright electric light, made a scene of ever-changing beauty and colour.
